Theme park F&B team member

Serves food and drink in theme parks and attractions, from kiosks and ice cream carts to quick-service restaurants. Volumes on a sunny bank holiday can be huge, so speed, allergen accuracy and keeping queues moving are the key skills. Many parks recruit large seasonal teams each spring, which makes it a common first job.

A real shift

Shifts follow the park's opening hours, with big peaks in school holidays, weekends and special events like Halloween or fireworks nights. Days involve opening outlets, prepping and serving, temperature logs and cleaning down at close. Weather drives everything, so rotas can change at short notice.
