- 100 percent agave
- Tequila made only from blue agave sugars, as opposed to mixto, which can contain up to 49 percent other sugars.
- 14 allergens
- The allergens that must be declared under UK law.
- 24-hour delegate rate
- A residential conference package including the day rate plus accommodation, dinner and breakfast.
- 86
- An item is finished or unavailable; also used to mean removing or barring someone.
- À la carte
- Menu with individually priced dishes.
- À la minute
- Cooked to order at the moment it is called, rather than prepared ahead and held. The mark of a kitchen that cooks fish, risotto or sauces fresh for each ticket.
